For service requests, include the machine model, location, symptoms and current operating status. For new programs, include the type of location, expected traffic and any current ATM offer. For connectivity requests, include the ATM model, carrier coverage and whether host internet is available. For an AMI jukebox opportunity, include the venue type, current operator or equipment, customer traffic and available internet.
