What organizers should know before requesting ATMs.
How far in advance should we contact ATM Apex?
As early as possible. Busy weekends, multi-day events and remote sites require more time for equipment, routing, cash, connectivity and staffing plans.
How many ATMs does an event need?
It depends on attendance, layout, duration, entrances, vendor activity and expected cash demand. Some events need one machine; larger or spread-out events may need several.
Can event ATMs be used outdoors?
Outdoor placement may be possible when suitable power, weather protection, safe anchoring, communications and secure access are available.
What does the organizer need to provide?
Usually a qualified location, power, delivery access, site coordination and appropriate security. Exact responsibilities are defined in the event plan.
Are event terms the same for every organizer?
No. Event programs are planned individually based on the location, dates, expected usage and operational requirements.
